Instalocker isn't the problem, people not willing to discuss teamcomp is.

I wanna start out by saying, i have no problem flexing, and have gotten a decent main on each role. But when i have one of the days, where i really wanna DPS, then i instalock my Psylocke. Usually do it good too, but that isn't what this is about. When i then lock it in, i still have in mind, to flex if the comp would be better that way. But there is always that one DPS that already sees 2-3 DPS and thinks, "I want to DPS too, but i won't say anything, i'll just lock it in". As the teamplayer i am, i ask out, if anyone can tank/heal (Whatever we need the most), and end up switching to it myself to get the stable comp. Meanwhile that one DPS ends out 1/8 in the first round, doesn't play his hero to the way they are designed, and when asked if he can switch off, so we can get another in to fill the Comp, he spills the beans "I stopped switching for instalockers" instead of just discussing that at the start of the game, he just wants to stick to his own principles. It's basicly every 2/5 games there is atleast one player like that. Hope i'm not the only one that feels this way about the playerbase. Thanks for coming to my Ted-Talk

MotionBlinds won't respond to Home app or Eve app commands

I've got a set of Eve MotionBlinds from OmniaBlinds. They have been installed and working great for many months. Now the blinds won't respond to any commands from the Home app or the Eve app. However when I open or close the blinds manually, their state changes in both apps. The Home app shows "Closing" then "Closed" while the Eve app shows the animation of the closing blind position. If I press the ID button in the Eve app, the blinds go up and down briefly as they should. All of this tells me the thread communication is working. I have a robust thread network (Apple TV 3rd gen w/ethernet as thread border router) with an Eve plug (matter over thread) nearby. The Eve app show the battery at 55%. Has anyone seen this before?

Hi everyone, I recently rediscovered this original UK quad (30” x 40”) Thelma & Louise poster from the 1991 cinema release. I haven’t found many like it online, and I was wondering if this is a rare variation. • Full-color design (not the blue-tinted or close-up versions) • National Screen Service (NSS) marked • Printed in Great Britain by Vivid Images • Some creasing and minor pinholes, but overall good condition I’d love to hear if anyone has seen this design before or knows its potential value. Not the best quality photos as they were taken with my phone but I'm still in the process of flattening it out and will take some better photos then. Thanks!
